IN NO EVENT WILL TRADERSEDGE, ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTENT, EVEN IF TRADERSEDGE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ALL CASES, TRADERSEDGE'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO TRADERSEDGE IN THE IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS, BUT IN NO CASE WILL SUCH LIABILITY EXCEED $1,000.

8. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

As a courtesy to new subscribers, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. After purchasing a Premium subscription, you have 30 days to evaluate the Service. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds are not available after the 30-day period.

9. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal & Cancellations

Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

10. Changes to These Terms

TimedTrades reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
